For years my father struggled with diabetes and an unhealthy relationship with food, which resulted in increased medication over time and consequently a deep conviction that this was the only way down the line. Beyond meals, Dr Filip gave keen attention to understanding daily routines and lifestyle and used these to tailor a realistic overall health plan, setting manageable objectives with highest impact one step at a time. Before signing up with Dr Filip, we were hesitant that this would bear fruit. My father is now well into his fourth month since starting the programme, and we haven’t seen him this disciplined before. What I love most is that Dr Filip built good rapport with my father which resulted in him accepting advice and consistently showing up for the sessions, which are conveniently offered to us remotely. Very thankfully, we are already seeing positive results and hope to be able to reduce medication in a few months’ time. We are very blessed to have Dr Filip and we personally highly recommend him for quality care and support.

Dr Jhajj checked in and offered support and accountability and within just a month, I had exceeded my wildest expectations of weight loss, but more importantly, I felt more energetic, emotionally stronger and genuinely like a new woman. I’m forever grateful to Dr Jhajj for helping me see what I specifically need to feed myself and preparing a step by step, easy to follow plan to help me achieve this, while enjoying my meals. Now, I’ve dropped a dress size in a matter of weeks, and when people ask how I did this, I just share her website! Thank you Dr Jhajj, it’s no exaggeration to say that you’ve changed my life.

Dr Soper was so so calming, I was abit scared of getting these piercings done, but after the very in depth consultation I was ok and I just went for it without any hesitation.
