Dr Mistry has worked with my son in his early twenties who was at a very, very low point. His approach and his advice has managed to convince and encourage him to take medication and that he can get back out there, meet people and even play sports again. I am so glad that I found Elizabeth, I think everyone needs an ‘Elizabeth’ in their life. She allowed so much time to me to listen & to explain the impact of the feelings I had carried with me since childhood. There was a pre session discussion and a follow up to the actual hypnotherapy. On the day of my hypnotherapy, I woke up to a feeling of hopelessness, Elizabeth changed all that. During the session I never felt rushed or that a timer was going to ping at any minute to be told my session was over, it was the opposite. Elizabeth does not leave you hanging, I’ve just had another message from her to ask how I’m doing. Its so important to find the right therapist and I feel so blessed to have found Elizabeth.

Dr Pampaloni was great at listening to concerns and addressing each individual issue with a high level of compassion and care. She was able to advise GPs on prescription dosage to allow me to overcome hurdles in my treatment.

As new parents with highly demanding careers, we got really concerned when our infant wasn’t making any eye contact and struggled to develop a secure bond with us. Dr. Vieira helped us with practical tips and strategies to create a closer connection with our baby built on trust and love through mirroring behaviour and better meetings our daughter’s needs while also focusing on self-care. Dr. Vieira has made such a different to our lives. We couldn’t be happier.

The person I was at the start of therapy and the person I am now feel almost unrecognisable! I still have moments of anxiety, but thanks to Aisan's great explanations and a lot of personal growth I now know how to cope with these and my life is no longer ruled by it. I went from near housebound to confidently socialising in public spaces, something I don't think my old self would have believed at the time! In exploring this I was also able to address some issues I had taking proper care of myself, managing my stress levels, navigating the end of a long term relationship, coping with a sometimes difficult relationship with my family and processing the difficult loss of a friend. I am still healing, but I have so many tools to help me continue the progress now.

He has always treated me with such care & understanding of what is happening 2 me. I know my recovery is going 2 take more time but his knowledge & expertise of medication has helped so much & how much time I needed at the Priory 2 start recovery.
