Felt rushed by the dentist, service has deteriorated

I honestly have nothing negative to say about Dr Tanja. I feel lucky to have a dentist that listens to me, and always suggests the best course of action; while always hearing my concerns and dealing with nagging issues that require the odd return visit. The assistants are also pleasant, like Vishnu, who was great with giving follow up information re potential implants I may be having done.

Dr Sai was immediately friendly and reassuring, acknowledging my anxiety. He was informative without being alarming and the tooth extraction was completed smoothly with minimal discomfort.

I recently travelled from London to see Jaz to get help with a TMD flare up. I had no idea what to expect, but I was beyond happy with my experience. The appointment was thorough and all my history of my symptoms were taken. I felt listened to for the first time since my flare up occurred and Jaz knew exactly what was going on with my TMD issue which led to a diagnosis. The appointment consisted of various tests to confirm the diagnosis, but all this reassured me that I was in the right hands. He really is an expert in the TMD field which is a rare find in the U.K. I also didn't feel pressured to commit to anything and he even spent a bit longer with me to answer all my questions. After the appointment I was sent a report on time about his findings and recommendations and he has even followed up to make sure everything is okay, which really means a lot to me. I cannot recommend him enough as a TMJD dental expert and I will only be seeing him again if another flare occurs in the future. Thank you for making my experience a positive one.

He really has been an incredible support at every step of a long treatment which combined unforeseen emergency work with a somewhat complicated cosmetic improvement plan. My experience with Dr. Scott has been great. As someone who used to always be nervous of going to the dentist I can now say that fear no longer exists. All checkups with Dr. Scott were thorough and everything well explained to me in terms I understood. I had Invisalign and have just finished treatment and am so glad I did it, I now feel much more confident smiling with my teeth.
