My experience with Dr Rakshi has been excellent so far, and should I require a further appointment I won't hesitate to make one. In my appointment he not only listened but also made me feel truly heard and validated, responded in a very timely manner to my emails, took the time to write a very detailed follow up letter with clear actions, and conveys a genuine desire to get to the root of my complex medical issues.

Dr Mort treated me for symptoms of vertigo and fatigue and from the beginning his concern and interest were enormously reassuring. He was extremely generous of his time, and discussed the difficulties of treating these symptoms, and outlined the more severe explanations which could be safely ruled out. He took the time to download my brainscan from the hospital, and talked me through it. He subsequently forwarded a detailed letter.

Dr. Liu attentively listened to all of my concerns, no matter how minor, and I truly felt well cared for. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Dr Reitboeck analysed what was wrong with me quickly and was honest about the likely clinical diagnosis - which proved correct at the follow-up consultation. I found him honest and quite friendly but his bedside manner could maybe be a bit more empathetic/sympathetic when passing on bad news. Because one of the scan reports hadn't been received at the follow-up consultation I felt that he was maybe not quite as prepared for it as he could have been. Overall though I respected his diagnosis and medical opinion.

Dr Mistry has worked with my son in his early twenties who was at a very, very low point. His approach and his advice has managed to convince and encourage him to take medication and that he can get back out there, meet people and even play sports again. The difference this has made to our family life and more importantly our son's life so far is incredible.
