Very pleasant and knowledgeable although I did not feel listened to due to brevity of appointment

I have been seeing Dr Laklouk for approximately 18 months. On my first visit he was friendly, approachable, professional and put my mind at ease. He immediately saw that I needed an urgent MRI and arranged this for me. Whilst waiting for my appointment he put me into a clinic the same week for pain relief injections. He telephoned me a week later to see how I was, again friendly, concerned and professional. When the MRI was received he telephoned me and brought me to hospital the next day for urgent tests. He explained the whole process to us and what the outcomes could be. Even though we were both scared, he was reassuring and realistic too. He has guided me through the whole process of my treatment with the utmost professionalism and I consider him to be a friend. I think he is an asset to your hospital and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
