Throughout our discussion, he patiently listened to my concerns, provided thorough explanations, and ensured I felt comfortable. Importantly, he also gave me realistic expectations about the potential outcome of the procedure. His expertise was evident, leaving me feeling confident about the process. I felt that I was in excellent hands with Professor Winters. She provided me with a wealth of information about my options, including the most up-to-date research and trials, and clarified when I had questions. A pre-existing health condition was an added complication, and Professor Winters took pains to liaise with the other specialists and ensure that my treatment plan took everything into account, changing it when necessary so that it was the best way forward for me. I appreciated being able to access everything online at any time via the Patient Portal, and especially appreciated that Professor Winters phoned me to keep me up-to-date about my treatment plan, rather than wait for the next appointment. Post-operative care was meticulous to ensure the best possible outcome cosmetically as well as clinically, and Professor Winters was kind and reassuring. She also has an amazing team in Jenny, her PA, and Angela, her nurse, who all worked together so that I felt safe, supported and cared for. Thank you so much.

Andrew was amazing, from my first appointment and all the way through to my surgery and afterwards. He answered all my questions and put me at ease straight away, and always answered my messages leading up to my surgery and afterwards.

The experience I had with Dr Chakravorty was outstanding, he was really good with explaining exactly what was going to happen and answered all of my questions in an easy to understand way. My consultations never felt rushed and I got the impression he really cares for his patients. I would 100% recommend Dr Chakravorty and his team to anyone that needed his service, I can't fault him at all

My only difficulty in conveying my opinion of Kieran Power is finding the right words to express just how amazing a surgeon he is. This was after two previous reconstruction attempts had left me in a sorry state. I had been told it was in fact a “satisfactory result” because I could hide it in a bra (!) and there was not much else that could be done to help me. I was devastated and disfigured but my sister, a nurse, urged me to get a second opinion. From the moment I first met Kieran, I felt totally safe. He immediately reassured me that he could help me. His gentle manner is incredibly calming and I cannot express how much it meant to be treated with such kindness and respect after my previous experiences. This served to significantly reduce my anxieties from the start (and I had hitherto been treated for PTSD in connection with previous medical related traumatic experiences and my previous unsatisfactory cancer recon surgeries). I knew I was in safe hands and that this was a surgeon I could trust. His integrity and skill are outstanding. My surgery and recovery all went very well and I received wonderful care (Donna, his secretary, is just brilliant!). I have since shared photos of my recon with other breast cancer patients and they always say “wow, I want your surgeon!” I had just about given up even daring to hope that I might ever be able to feel vaguely happy about my body again after cancer but Kieran is a real life genius surgeon - I am eternally grateful to him. This Summer I pranced around in a bikini on the beach actually feeling confident I think!?!

After going through a mastectomy and a failed implant through another surgeon, I came to see Mr Ramsey to try and find a solution for the long term. Mr Ramsey gave me the confidence and reassurance from our first meeting and I am pleased to say he delivered exceptional results - and surpassed my expectations. He is extremely calm and patient and he made the whole experience positive and focused on my wishes and getting me back to where I was before the diagnosis. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Mr Ramsey to anyone - he is extremely knowledgable and achieves incredible results with a very collaborative approach to take into account what the patient wants.
