He was precise, easy to understand, for me as a non medically trained person, he had a good manner, was polite and caring.

I found him to be very compassionate and knowledgeable. His surgery was completely successful and has already removed the acute pain I had been living with.

I was treated with care, compassion and given a lot of detail and support and time for all my questions by Mr Prezerakos. I opted for a discectomy after several consultations and physiotherapy as the first step of treatment, but was in too much pain to walk, so had the surgery and am pleased to report all of my pain has gone and the surgey was successful.

I recently had a very good experience during my visit to Dr Ibrahim. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease any initial nerves I had. When I met with Dr. Ibrahim, he listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to address each one thoroughly. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me feel reassured and empowered about my health. Dr Ibrahim didn't rush through the appointment and made sure I felt heard and understood every step of the way. All very clear and surgery result beyond expectation

After a warning from the neurosurgeon & oncologist who had been monitoring the regrowth of my meningioma in September 2023 that it required surgery & as it was a second operation it was at high risk of stroke, bleeding, bone infection, going through old scar tissue, the tumour was pressing against a large vein. My daughter suggested I sought a second opinion, we chose Mr Shoakazemi who also specialises in my type of brain tumour.  He confirmed…the risks were very high indeed, the brain tumour had grown too big for fractionated radiotherapy and surgery through the old wound of some 20 + years ago was the only option. We found Mr Shoakazemi to be extremely approachable, professional, calm, warm & informative.  I feel incredibly lucky to have had the faith on a date said to be the unluckiest day in the yearly calendar …Friday 13th October to undergo surgery with such a gifted neurosurgeon. I am (thankfully to Mr Shoakazemi) walking straight, talking straight & feeling fully blessed.

Mr Sayal is an excellent communicator and takes the time and trouble not only to explain the medical condition clearly but to set out options and likely outcomes to enable the patient to make an informed decision. He is both professional and caring.

Mr Akram made me feel at ease and explained in detail the options I have in the future. He answered all my questions and gave me confidence in his skills and ability. .This was followed up by a comprehensive letter from him received quickly after my appointment which confirmed everything I had spoken about.

Mr Toma has both been kind and helpful during a very difficult time for me. He explains everything clearly and in a reassuring manner and I am also confident in his ability to diagnose and treat me, regardless of how complex the problem is.
