My daughter went to see Dr Anthony for depression and anxiety, she had seen numerous doctors in the past and each time she still felt the same, no one seemed to be able to help her. She found Dr Anthony's details on the internet and went for an initial consultation. This consultation was just what she needed, Dr Anthony was professional, patient, understanding, everything you would want a Doctor to be when you have a young woman feeling so sad and anxious about life. I would also like to commend his secretary, who as the first point of contact was very professional, understanding and efficient

My journey with Venetia spans over 8 years, and I have nothing but good words for how she conducted herself both professionally and on the human level throughout this time. Dr Pampaloni was great at listening to concerns and addressing each individual issue with a high level of compassion and care. She was able to advise GPs on prescription dosage to allow me to overcome hurdles in my treatment.

Dr Walsh was extremely professional, compassionate and supportive in his approach. I felt very anxious entering my appointments with Dr Walsh but he did a wonderful job of making me feel at ease each and every time, and taking the time to understand me as a patient, making sure I felt seen and heard. As he only worked in the evening once a week this just didn’t work. I don’t have a car, phone conversation is not appropriate. As the Priory hold my notes I found it unnecessary to repeat my information again. Over 2 weeks was lost having and waiting for a blood test for vitamin B12. ( it was normal)The only suggestion was to change my antidepressant .( over 65’s can’t take more than 20 mg of citalopram) This I didn’t want to do without easier access to advice. Dr Kassim agreed. He was always was polite but I’m afraid for me it was a negative experience.
