Dr Saifee was polite and thorough, He questioned me in detail about my symptoms and history. He examined me and studied my scans. He reassured me with his explanations and satisfied all my questions.

Dr. Liu attentively listened to all of my concerns, no matter how minor, and I truly felt well cared for. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

My son was seen by Dr Abrhamson following a persistent cough. In addition to his wonderful bedside manner with both my son and daughter (also in attendance) his clinical skills and care were exemplary. He instilled confidence and calm in us all and quickly reached a diagnosis and management plan. The care continued after we left the hospital with regular checkins to monitor his progress and with the results of the various diagnostics we had. My experience with Dr Rakshi has been excellent so far, and should I require a further appointment I won't hesitate to make one. I had decided to book an appointment with him following a great deal of research, and after finding him to have excellent patient reviews as well as a wealth of knowledge and expertise I was confident I would receive a high standard of care. In my appointment he not only listened but also made me feel truly heard and validated, responded in a very timely manner to my emails, took the time to write a very detailed follow up letter with clear actions, and conveys a genuine desire to get to the root of my complex medical issues.

Dr Mallik explained the procedure really well, he spent time advising me and answering my queries. He is friendly and down to earth. On the whole, it was a pleasure to have such a personable, helpful doctor.

I found Dr Paviour to be caring, thorough and personable. My experience contrasts sharply with the laissez-faire attitude I received from my own NHS surgery (which upsets me deeply, as I believe passionately in the NHS). Dr Paviour conducted a thorough examination and a clear explanation of his finding and recommendations going forward; he also offered further contact should I be in need of subsequent clarification. Within a matter of hours, he had provided a comprehensive written report confirming his findings and clinical recommendations. This is medicine at its best.
