I was very happy to be in Mr Joshi's safe hands. He was the third and final consultant I saw, the previous 2 having failed to recognise, empathise, or understand the problems I was facing with an injury to my face and nose preventing me from breathing through my nostrils. He set out a clear plan of how he intended to resolve the issue and the with an operation was able to give me the ability to breathe back!

He was very kind and polite and spoke directly to my daughter who was having the procedure and asked her questions and wanted to know if she had any questions for him. I had a rhinoplasty with Mr Thomas Jacques 8 weeks ago. My experience was so much better than I could have imagined.
