Excellent. Very pleasant and listened and most importantly helpful. There was a bit of confusion why my gp referred me to ENT - it probably should have been endocrinology, but from just speaking with me, and hearing a breathiness, he realised there was an issue with my vocal chords. I had a paralysed vocal cord 15-16 years ago and thought it had resolved but it seems it only improved, but is still present. I also coincidentally have been experiencing dizziness the last few days and Dr Jumani was also able to witness and treat this.

I had my surgery for cholestoma with Dr Wong more than a year ago, and I have been feeling good ever since with no more putrid discharge from the ear. Today I had my MRI result confirming that the tumour has not returned and I am extra grateful. I am thankful to have undergone surgery and I am ever so grateful to have come out without any side effects. THank you Dr Wong you are truly a fine surgeon.

Dr Jain was a brilliant doctor for my Son. He performed tonsil and adenoid removal for my son. From our first consultation to our follow up appointment Dr Jain was very knowledgable, polite, and listened to all of our concerns and explained every step.

Mr Veer was extremely personable, empathetic and helpful. His explanation of what was possible, the steps involved and why they were necessary, was very clear. He gave me genuine hope that through a thorough diagnostic process, procedures could be tailored to provide real tangible quality of life benefits, where others have appeared to be a "one size fits all" approach with no real hope of change. Dr Elhassan was very helpful and listened well to the issues I was experiencing. He explained the possible reasons for my symptoms clearly and made sure I had several different diagnostic tests to get to the bottom of the problem. The experience I had with him was night and day compared to my previous doctor, and his expertise was exactly what I needed. I am now completely without symptoms thanks to the prescribed medicine - which is amazing considering that the symptoms were significantly impacting my day to day. I also have advice going forward on what to do if symptoms return or get worse. I'm very grateful for his care and dedication!
