Mr Shahzad was very welcoming on the first consultation meeting. Clearly a highly experienced, knowledgeable and very easily understood consultant who painstakingly took the time to explain the procedure I was undergo and keen to answer any questions no matter how repetitive they may have sounded to him. A very kind and pleasant manner he quickly put me at ease with both a friendly, respectful nature. On the day of the procedure Mr Shahzad was quick during his rounds to allay any sense of pre-op anxiety and during the procedure he was very explanatory throughout maintaining a very encouraging dialogue with me.

I felt reassured that the information that was provided along with the diagnosis was accurate and gave me comfort knowing the issue was common and nothing to be concerned about. His bedside manner was nothing short of exemplary and the scan results confirmed his initial diagnosis.

I’ve had two episodes of kidney stones and was treated by Mr Syed on both occasions. I chose Mr Sayed because of his extensive experience and knowledge. Mr Sayed is very patient focused, very friendly and approachable. He treats his patients very well and with great care. I highly recommend Mr Syed for any kidney stone related issues and treatment.

Mr Khan dealt thoroughly with my issues and suggested some improvements in treatment that proved most effective. His ability to communicate complex medical issues was particularly good.
