Absolutely everybody I've personally been engaged with throughout my whole experience at Droitwich has been fantastic. Everyone takes the time and makes the effort to try and ensure what they do is courteous, respectful and proffesional.

All staff I met during 2 night stay were brilliant - efficient, caring, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There was a large choice of food available, which was well prepared and presented.

My hospitalisation was as good an experience as possible after a painful operation. Staff were carrying and informative and the accommodation comfortable. I would recommend the hospital to others.

First class treatment throughout. Staff polite cheerful and listened to concerns giving clear concise explanations. Always willing to listen and answering any concerns, throughout. Really dealt with as a human. Not just a number. Trusted then all implicitly.
