I always found a parking space, the reception team were very nice, registering your car on the tablet was simple. The environment was clean, the staff on different desks and conducting xray/MRI were very polite and sought consent and explained procedures well.

Excellent experience. All staff were extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend. My only criticism would be of the limited car parking spaces and some of the booking procedures. Regarding booking, occasionally additional appointments were made without my input. I was sent notification by post of these appointments that I was otherwise unaware of. The dates that I had been allocated were not suitable due to work/travel commitments. It was very easy for me to make alternate arrangements with the hospital for different dates, however it does appear to be an inefficient system. How many letters are printed and posted without communicating with the patient, only for those appointments to be cancelled? Could direct communication via email or telephone for on going appointment availability be made instead of automatic allocation and notification by post?
