Everything strait forward. Not messed about. And went out there way to make thing easier.

I have visited the Fitzwilliam Hospital many times over the past 10 plus years. I’ve been treated as an outpatient, day surgery and for longer stays, before, during and post pandemic. I have always experienced positive staff and all team members, no matter their role, are friendly and helpful. I’ve felt safe in the hospital and no matter how big or small the reason for my visit, I am always made to feel like I matter. This most recent visit was the usual warm greeting from the Reception team, great communication and explanation when there was a very slight delay. I always witness the staff positively interacting with other patients and their families. I always leave feeling very lucky to be able to use the services of the Fitzwilliam. Thank you for always providing a very patient focused service and response, which goes a very long way in helping put us patients at ease.

Very good hospital

Very impressed with the hospital. All staff I came into contact with were polite and friendly. There was very minimal waiting time before I was seen (less than 5 mins). The waiting room was nice and spacious and spotless, even with a coffee machine for those who wanted to have a drink. The atmosphere was also nice and calming.
