From the moment I arrived until the completion of my surgery, I was met with exceptional service and care at every step of the way. The staff, from nurses to administrative personnel, were incredibly informative and supportive throughout my journey. Their dedication to ensuring my comfort and well-being was evident, and I am truly grateful for their assistance. Following my surgery, I was provided with a private room that surpassed all expectations, comparable to a high-standard hotel accommodation. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the food served was of excellent quality, far surpassing typical hospital fare. The receptionist left a lot to be desired. Couldn't have cared less. The wait time in reception was a long while without being told why! Once up on the ward - all was excellent. Every member of staff were brilliant. Unfortunately, my GP or myself never received any letters, until I telephoned recently to ask where they were and was told they had been done but hadn't been sent so I have as of yet not received the medication the Dr said I should take. After my phone call I received the letter, still don't know if my GP has.

The hospital is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and it has parking spaces. It is easy to travel to. The staff are welcoming and helpful and the building is very clean and well maintained.
