I have taken the Lightning Process with Kate in October 2019. I flew in from the Netherlands to take the training. My overal experience has been very positive. Both Kate and Helen from Phil Parker's head office team have been generous with their time before the training to make sure that the training was the right fit for me at the moment. 
Booking was easy, Kate even had some good suggestions for affordable accommodation for me, as I had to keep the trip as low-budget as possible. The space was accessible and easy to get to by train. 
I have found the training to be very professional and complete. It gave me enough to work with to turn my life around, which is absolutely priceless.

Kate is a warm, kind, compassionate and intelligent coach. She knows how to ask the right questions to get to the core of the matter, so that I can take steps from there. With Kate I feel safe to be who I am at this moment, and to feel and express my feelings. 
Kate keeps up with the current science, which greatly helps my sense of safety. She is knowledgeable, and at the same time knows her scope of practice clearly. She hasn't been afraid of referring me with specific questions.
Since doing the Lightning Process with Kate, I have managed to take huge steps in my recovery from ME/CFS. I have more energy, and am able to be much more active than I have been before. I am more calm and relaxed in my daily life, I am kinder to myself, and I can look at the future again with a sense of excitement and hope, instead of despair. On a regular basis, people around me tell me that I look more relaxed, more present, more embodied and healthy. 
I am still working joyfully on my recovery, and I am very thankful I have Kate's ongoing support with that. Thank you, Kate!
