I never visited the centre, but the phone service was good.

Hugely beneficial set of sessions with bereavement counsellor who helped me talk and explore grief.

My experience was very rewarding - I had interesting and empowering sessions with my therapist and we followed a programme of discussing relationship issues and also some serious life events that took place and the therapy helped me to cope better and to have new strategies going forward.

Sally was amazing there is too much to say on how good she really is. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Although I have not been inside the centre, I can only comment on friendliness/ wait times etc of online/ telephone interactions have all been timely and fantastically communicated and managed

I have had a very positive experience with Marrissa and felt she has really helped me deal with a challenging situation. I feel far more enabled to handle it myself now.

I received an absolutely wonderful run of 10 remote CBT sessions with Harriet Veale. The counselling was attentive, friendly, and useful.

Excellent venue, felt very comfortable and confidential to be able to open up and talk through problems/issues. Can’t find Sally my therapist to rate on the next screen but would like to comment how fantastic Sally was. I never felt uncomfortable in opening up in our conversation, I’ve learnt some great tips and techniques. Sally always listened well. Would highly recommend her services.
