A good overall experience. Mr Patki was very informative and specific with his guidance. Svetlana (the main nurse during my stay) was wonderfully supportive and prompt with all the support and help she provided. The only improvements I would mention are: - the shower cubicle area was extremely mouldy around the floor area and not hygienic enough to have a shower, especially with an open wound. - Handovers to the night team could have been better. The team were not consistent in providing pain relief at the right times and it was dependent on the patient requesting it.
