Its nice and clean, light, not overcrowded. Staff were friendly and helpful. put you at ease. not much delay.

While attending the hospital I was treated kindly and with respect, however on the two occasions I needed to call the hospital I was treated differently because I was an NHS patient; to be honest it bordered on discrimination.
