Unfortunately I had a poor patient experience at Clare Park but would not want this to marr in anyway the excellent treatment I received from Mr Kersey and all in his medical team. If the Customer Service Manager at Clare Park considers a telephone call, which was not an apology, purely investigative, following my completed negative patient questionnaire an apology, then I am very disssatisfied. This only highlights their lack of communication, respect and obligation to the patient. May I reiterate do not let my experience with Clare Park Hospital administration put you off using Mr Kersey and his wonderful team.

I felt well looked after by the team at Clare Park throughout, they were professional, friendly, and attentive.

Staff were excellent. Made sure you were comfey and had everything you needed. The hospital was actually quite comfortable and nice to have your own room. Food was lovely. Really impressed.
