I was a day case patient. All aspects were carried out professionally and with a friendly attitude. Very happy with the care I received

Everyone was calm, happy and attentive. I felt relaxed and very well taken care of

Was a little disappointed that when arriving for my surgery I was told that there was not a room ready for me and spent 3 hours sat in a cubicle until I was taken for surgery. While I accept things can go wrong this really should’nt happen when you are paying a considerable amount of money for a service I didn’t receive. This was not Mr Aslams fault

Now almost 6 weeks after surgery and getting back to normality. Have automatic car and driving short distances after two and half weeks. Am walking 5000 steps a day some about two thirds without stick. Driving almost normally now.
