Thank you for all of your invaluable help and I am happy to provide this account of our sessions, as follows:
I was struggling with bereavement and relationship issues and reaching out to Lisa was the best decision I could have made. She is incredibly perceptive and easy to talk to and is skilled at gently getting to the root of issues with compassion and understanding. Our sessions were relevant and productive and I felt we were able to work collaboratively to identify what I needed to work on and why. This helped me to feel included in the process and empowered to make better decisions to rebuild my self-confidence and feel more hopeful about the future. I felt supported, encouraged and comfortable throughout the whole process. Discussions were open and honest and she never trivialized my thoughts or feelings. At no time did I feel judged or inadequate.
Lisa is tactful and considerate and was completely focused on me and my healing. Nothing I said shocked her which made me feel safe disclosing my deepest emotions and experiences. As a result we have been able to unravel complex issues and for us to deal with them in smaller manageable allotments. Lisa’s help has been invaluable in the most difficult time of my life. I would highly recommend her and wish I had contacted her sooner.
