About The Mayfair Clinic

A UNIQUELY EFFECTIVE APPROACH TO OSTEOPATHY FOR BACK PAIN, NECK PAIN & SCIATICA

The Mayfair Clinic specializes in bringing patients a treatment that can reduce stiffness and improve mobility & flexibility through targeted treatment to the spinal joints. This is combined with specialist technology used to reduce pressure in the spine, bringing significant relief to patients suffering from slipped discs, bulging discs or sciatica. The treatment is completed by accelerating the healing process and reducing the development of scar tissue.

By working with this synergy of treatment approaches, we are able to deliver our patients a safe, non-invasive treatment that works on the root of the problem with therapeutic technology that is the best in the field of neck and back care.

NECK PAIN, BACK PAIN & SCIATICA ARE OUR SPECIALITIES

Because of the clinical experience of our team over the years, the clinic most commonly treats patients with neck pain, back pain & sciatica, and the variety of conditions that cause them. Working with many thousands of X-Rays of the spine, the team were expertly positioned to put together the clinic's unique osteopathic approach to treatment.

By understanding the 3 common problems that most patients with neck pain & back pain have, a solution was developed. Firstly dealing with compressive pressure on the spine was paramount, as without having a way to alleviate this pressure, it is extremely difficult to get lasting results.

The second problem facing many patients is that their body was stuck in a cycle of chronicity - not healing. Finding a way around the patients' inability to heal themselves was one of the breakthroughs that helped drastically increase patient results.

Finally stiffness and immobility. Too many of the patients had underlying restrictions in other areas of the spine, there are over 50 joints in the spine and if many of these are not working, lasting recovery is difficult. The final part of the problem was fixed by making sure that spinal mobility was restored as far as possible to keep the patient mobile and flexible well beyond the end of treatment.

  • SPINAL DECOMPRESSION (NON-INVASIVE)

Excellent for the treatment of Slipped discs & disc herniations, as well as sciatic nerve pain. Decompression is effective for these conditions in both the neck and lower back.

Treatment is commonly described as being pleasant and relieving. In most cases of sciatica, the pain will actually dissipate during the treatment itself!

  • LASER THERAPY

Perfect for either acute or chronic patients. Targeting & enhancing the healing process Laser works particularly well in almost all cases of injury, from sciatic nerve pain & the disc injury responsible to arthritic neck pain.

Laser therapy at The Mayfair Clinic is relaxing and soothing, an all around enjoyable experience. Quite often improvement will be felt instantaneously.

  • TARGETED SPINAL IMPULSE ADJUSTMENTS

Adjusting the spine in the traditional sense involved rapid twisting movements. Our computerized approach allows for unrivaled precision, significantly less risk, and a process that is repeatable and measurable. As a treatment, it is helpful for those suffering from stiffness and discomfort in the neck and back areas.¬

Spinal Impulse Adjusting is a direct treatment to the vertebra in the spine to ensure that after treatment has been delivered, they are more mobile and less stiff as a result.
