Finding the BHRT services offered by TOP has been fantastic. I can’t believe the changes in my wellbeing since starting treatment 2 years ago. If you are contemplating this treatment - trust it! It seems like a mountain to climb at the start but the results are so worth it.

It such a pleasure to come and see David Eccleston that can help and understand the problems I have, mine being HRT treatment that I’ve been on for 2 years. The cream that is bespoke to me is a magic cream and it’s the best I’ve felt since using it. Definitely very pleased I come here for help and advice.

Dr Eccelston was amazing! Really helped me try sort out an issue I have been dealing with all my life. The 15 minutes appt was probably the best appt Iv had in years, I finally learnt and started to understand more about my syndrome and the ways I can treat it. A week later I had my prescription. Amazing. First time Iv been this happy and confident something is being done since I was diagnosed 3 years ago. The receptionist were also very helpful. 5/5 would 100% recommend. Thank you.

I would not recommend the Oakley Partnership as I did not receive clear information regarding treatment of a verruca. A device called Swift is only available four weekly on Thursday afternoons and I was not made aware of this when I had my first treatment or that you need to be available every 4 weeks after the first treatment. I was then unable to attend at a further 4 weeks and 4 weeks after that because of the limited time the device is available at the Practice and my commitments. Consequently, I had to have my second treatment at 5 weeks and the third at 6 weeks. I was advised after the first treatment that the Swift manufacturer recommends every 4 weeks. I have spent £475.00 with the Oakley Partnership and my verruca is now larger and more painful than it was before treatment. An offer for me to spend another £200.00 to have a further 3 treatments, again at limited clinic dates I could not attend, was declined. I am a very disappointed patient and would wish to make other potential patients aware of this situation.

Nurse SIAN REALLY KNOWS HER STUFF. Came for a vaccine. As a prior biomedical researcher and physician associate i was pleasantly shocked at her level of understanding on a biomolecular level or the vaccines she delivers. Well done
