Amirtha was excellent and I would highly recommend her. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. After I hurt my SI joint, Amirtha was able to treat problem, then identified areas that needed strengthening. She set a progressive programme of exercises, explaining each one carefully and checking my form. I am glad to say that I am now back running and am very grateful for Amirtha’s professional help and guidance.

Amirtha was able to quickly diagnose my ankle issue and provided a bespoke rehabilitation programme. She has a depth of knowledge and can assess areas for improvement that have a lasting impact. Amirtha is friendly, progressional and welcoming and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her practise

I always feel that the progress I make is directly due to the person I see. I am never asked to carry out an exercise without understanding the goal or the persons confidence that I can carry out the execise.

As a control freak I find it very difficult to relax and let anyone else take control but I was able to with Amirtha, I found her very easy to relax with and she has helped with my numb / tingling / Neck issues in a professional but friendly manner and I can’t recommend her enough

Amirtha has been superb, she explained on day 1 that it’s going to take time to undo the damage id done to stop the tingling in my arm and straighten my neck, she has been excellent on all counts and right about the progress with what to expect when, the work at the Physio office and then the exercises she has sent me have all worked well and when I said some were painful she has tweaked them to reduce this, If I have any need for a Physio in the future I would certainly book I’m with Amirtha
