When I first met Mr Mishreki he made me feel that I was in safe hands; he has a calm reassuring manner. Even when he had to explain to me that it was not certain that my circumstances would have a happy outcome, because the tumour found in my bowel was malignant. He read my mood and led me through the information so carefully that I did not feel at all fearful. I was thankful that I was being looked after by Mr Mishreki and felt confident from th beginning that if it was possible to deal with the cancer; I would receive the best possible result from the diagnosis under his care. It was reassuring to know that he is an exceptionally gifted surgeon yet I also found him to be kind and respectful towards me at all times. He explained each stage of the process to me as results from various test came back. Always confirming that I undersood, always asking if I had any questions. Like many people I have been afraid of cancer most of my life and now even at 79 years old having Mr Mishreki as my surgeon I was hopeful and unafraid. I was relieved and grateful that he was looking after me; I very much admire his skill as a surgeon and his manner as a person. Post surgery I was discharged from hospital after a week I rested at home for a week my bowel movements became normal and the next week I was up and about.I will be for ever grateful that at a difficult time in my life I was dealt with by Mr Mashreki.

I found Mr Mishreki very approachable, friendly with any understanding manner and could ask him any questions about my condition throughout my consultations. He gave me answers that I could understand about my conditions and gave me advice I could relate to. My life since the procedure has been so much better in so many ways I can't really explain properly here. Thank you so much Mr Meshreki. Kindest regards.

Mr mishreki explained what needed doing & the best course of action. Operation went extremely well and I’m very happy with outcome and would recommend, however bedside manner could be a little more personable.

Mr Mishreki explained exactly what would take place during my surgery and what to expect from my recovery. The straight forward advice on how to achieve a successful recovery directly lead to my recovery being complication-free, that coupled with the quality of the surgery itself.

Mr Mishreki was excellent, he made me feel at ease, gave me a full understanding of my procedure and gave me huge comfort in what was a potentially uncomfortable situation. I really felt I was in good hands.

Reliable and skilled surgeon.
Mr Omer Osmani
Andrew is an excellent surgical colleague and an expert in the management of many general surgery presentations. I recommend him without reservation.
Mr James Wokes
Andrew is a colleague who I work with regularly, regularly discussing cases requiring a combined colorectal and gynaecological input. This includes planning and operating on complex cases requiring surgery for benign or malignant disease. The majority of these cases involve "key-hole" surgery which benefits the patient. I can recommend him as as a skilled surgeon, who is up to date with current research and advances in his field, and is always attempting to ensure he is improving in his practice. He is very patient focused and ensures that there is a shared decision making approach to all cases, with the patient's voice always heard. Once again I can recommend him as a colorectal surgeon, without any reservations.
