Dr Jones qualified in 1993 from The University of London before working in the NHS at West Suffolk Hospital, and then the John Howard Secure Hospital where she treated patients with conditions such as mental illness, personality disorders, and drug/alcohol misuse. She has expertise in serious violent offences, psychiatric criminality, assessment of the effects of torture, and risk assessment. She has experience of appearing as an expert witness and of preparing psychiatric reports for the Crown Court and the Family Court.
Dr Jones has a special interest in Bioidentical Hormone Therapy, based on that fact that hormones (particularly sex hormones) impact very significantly on mood, anxiety, memory and sleep. Based on this, measures patients' hormones and balances them wherever possible to treat the cause of hormone associated mood disturbance. She may use this method instead of or in addition to prescribing medication.

Dr Jones is a very lovely and professional lady, who is really dedicated to helping me with my hormonal issues related to perimenopause. She takes her time to explain everything and really listens to my experiences. I am about 5 months into treatment and haven't felt this good in a long time. I look forward to a summer without having to worry about hot sweats and bloating! Thank you so much for your care and expertise.

I have never had such an easy experience with a caregiver. I love the ease of the video sessions and convenience of it all. It’s truly such a much needed service for all women (people) and I feel blessed to have found Dr Jones and the Hormone Clinic.

If it wasn’t for Dr Jones wealth of knowledge and expertise I don’t know where I’d be. It took a little while but my hormones have finally settled down and I feel my old self again. Highly recommend. Health and wellbeing is priceless.

My first 6 week review appointment and Dr jones gave full explanations to various points regarding my symptom's, also guidance of what to possibly expect going forward. I’m very pleased.

Started at the clinic last August . My first choice was cream when I began with Dr Jones but I’m now going to swap and try lozenges as cream is just not enough for my current situation. Once things are under control it maybe that I could revert back or integrate later on in treatment The positives are that it is great that Dr Jones offers the choice to try alternatives to what works best if something else could be more efficient .
