Dr Protherough was extremely professional, proactive and helpful during the home visit and during the follow up. She demonstrated a great deal of compassion, and concern for ensuring the best course of action and treatment and has liaised with relevant parties. I felt completely supported and Dr Protherough achieved in hours what I hadn't been able to achieve in over 3 months. I am deeply grateful to her for her care and attention.
