Dr Aigul Baltabaeva is a leading cardiologist practising at several clinics in the Greater London. She is a highly valued member of the Windsor Cardiology team and also works as a Consultant Cardiologist and the Royal Brompton and Harefield Foundation Trust.
Dr Baltabaeva graduated from Kyrgyz State Medical School 1993 and then qualified as a Cardiologist in 2000 after completing her PhD on the incidence of arrhythmias in hypertensive heart disease and the effect of antihypertensive treatment on recurrence of atrial fibrillation.
She has a broad research and clinical background in all forms of echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging. She holds EACVI accreditation in echocardiography and worked as a Core Lab Cardiologist training colleagues in cardiac centres across Europe in complex echo modalities.
Dr Baltabaeva has published 20 peer-reviewed papers and more than 50 competitive abstracts. She has been an invited speaker to national and international meetings.
