Dr Iles is so welcoming, warm and puts me at ease straightaway. I feel he really listens and understands what I’m trying to communicate and he explains things in a way I can understand. Any time I ask for clarification he is more than happy to explain! I feel like I’ve made big improvements since I saw him last, and he recognises that and is very supportive of my need to understand myself and the way I interact with the world.

Andrew has had a big impact on my health. He's up-to-date with the latest treatments for ME/CFS, and is also aware of discussions in the community about which are working and how people see them. He clearly adjusts his approach to fit me - I have a science background so he talks about the evidence, how things work, trying medicine out to assess the effects - he's clearly carefully considering what will work for me, and I suspect he'd approach other people in a similarly personal way. I really appreciate the detailed notes that Andrew writes promptly after each meeting. I've asked him to share these with my GP, so he sends her copies as well, and it makes it much easier for my care to be joined-up and for my GP to know what I'm going through. I'm definitely happy with my care: thank you!

Extremely pleasant doctor. Took time to understand my symptoms and explain the options available for treatment. Never at any point felt rushed. Would highly recommend for cases of mild to moderate depression. Oxford Priory Wellbeing Centre also very nice, which creates a relaxing atmosphere to seek treatment.
