Dr Anna Lee is a medical doctor with a passion for finding health in all individuals. Through this she has followed an extensive and varied selection of postgraduate trainings, including Mayr Medicine, Anthroposophical Medicine, Psychology, Education, and Craniosacral Therapy.
In he practice she brings all her skills and training together to offer a service that addresses visceral health on both a physical and psychological level.
She addresses people's health by looking at them from both a physical and energetic perspective.
Working with each patients specific goals and desires she can work with medicines, fasting therapy, and emotional work to bring about health in the digestive system.
The digestive system is the door to more general health in the body. If our digestive system does not work properly then the absorption of the building blocks we need for health cannot be sufficiently absorbed even when our diets are good. In addition if this system does not work properly then we cannot excrete toxins and waste products adequately and these build up in the tissues.
Finally, our digestive system also represents the place where we absorb our emotional and social nutrition, right from our first beginnings in the womb. Energetic disturbances in this area due to emotional trauma or blocks can interfere with health all the way up to the laying down of physical health at a cellular level.
Anna's speciality is optimisation, not only the general health of patients, but she believes in working with people to find their health and optimise the management of chronic conditions.
She works closely with her husband who is a Musculoskeletal body optimisation specialist. Dr Lee’s focus when nurturing the health in her patients is to promote good gastrointestinal function and facilitate adequate absorption of food.
