During his career, he has established numerous cardiology clinics including ones for arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ARVC), cardio-neuromuscular, and cardiac sarcoidosis.
Dr Pantazis is currently a member of several professional associations including the European Society of Cardiology, the European Society of Cardiology Working Group on Myocardial and Pericardial Diseases, the Hellenic Cardiological Society, and the Association for Inherited Cardiac.

very kind manner, very clear in prognosis

Dr Pantazis is clearly a world leading expert in his field but there was no arrogance whatsoever. He was warm, personable and immediately put me at my ease. He was able to assess my level of understanding of my condition and explained the situation clearly, succinctly but also with a high degree of detail. He showed me the salient points emanating from my CMRI and was reassuring without sugar-coating the situation. He was also empathetic and sympathetic when it came to my concerns about the genetic implications for my children. At no point did I feel any pressure of time: on the contrary, he gave me a longer consultation than I expected. I would thoroughly recommend him and also the highly professional conduct of Gaby, his efficient, warm and hard-working secretary.
