Dr Atif Ghaffar is an experienced General Practioner who works with GPDQ and is based in the West Midlands.
Dr Ghaffar attained his medical degree from the University of Birmingham Medical School in 1998. He went on to complete his GP training and qualified in 2002. In 2004, he achieved membership to the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) with a merit in consultation skills. Dr Ghaffar uses a holistic approach to healthcare and always takes into account the lifestyle, nutrition and mental and spiritual wellbeing of a patient.
Outside his practice, Dr Ghaffar is actively involved in medical education and training of the doctors of tomorrow. He co-founded EffectiveConsulting.net, a platform that improves communications skills and consulting skills of associates in training. Dr Ghaffar has also previously been a Board Director at the Walsall Alliance GP Federation.
