Dr Audrey Ng obtained her degree from the University of Wales, College of Medicine in 1999. She trained in South London and Maudsley NHS Trust and specialised in psychiatry in 2002 on the Guy's, King's and St Thomas' Hospitals rotation (GKT). Dr Ng undertook her Specialist Registrar training on the Charing Cross and St Mary's Hospitals rotation in London. She obtained her Master's degree (distinction) in Psychoanalytic Studies from The Tavistock and Portman Hospital (UEL). Dr Ng has vast experience gained in various medical settings including in surgical units and the emergency department.

Dr Ng performs as a Consultant Psychiatrist since 2010. She qualifies in adult and old age psychiatry and holds a sub-speciality accreditation in liaison psychiatry. She offers treatment for a range of mental health conditions including mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, cognitive impairment, substance misuse, and disorders related to physical health issues.

Dr Ng is actively involved research and has published extensively on psychoanalytical aspects of dementia. In 2019 Dr Ng was awarded the first place in the National Awards for Positive Practice Mental Health Collaborative for innovating a new clinical model for the mental health of older adults.
