During this period, he gained invaluable experience in managing complicated spinal pain problems.
Dr Almahdi is an active member of the research community, and lectures at conferences in Pain and Anaesthesia field around the world. He is also fully fluent in both English and Arabic.

Very reassuring and professional

Dr Almahdi was charming. He seemed to know what the problem was on first visit after looking at MRI. The injection seems to have really helped me so far. I really hope if the pain comes back - he can repeat his magic again.

Dr Almahdi has the utmost supportive manner and professionalism. Due to this, I have felt nothing but confidence in him as my Dr and the treatment. He listened to me and addressed any concerns I had. You can also tell he is very knowledgeable about his specialty and to be honest after other experiences I have had I would only ever see him.

Dr Basil Almahdi is one of my most trusted colleagues. He is one of the best pain specialists I know, and I have great confidence in the kind, expert and level-headed care he gives to patients with long-term pain.
