Explanation

Ben is extremely easy to speak to and confide in. He makes the experience very comfortable and safe. He is understanding and has a great way of handling difficult sessions. He allowed me to come to huge realisations on my own, but slowly working through what was happening in my past and present. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Within 10 session I learned very useful skills of managing my own emotions, understanding roots of my problems and being more emotionally stable. Dr Benjamin is very understandable, warm and committed to what he does. I would highly recommend his help to anyone.

Explanation

I suffered a head injury following an attack and I was completely broken by the time i saw Dr Piper. I could not look him or anyone in the eye when I was speaking to people, always on the verge of crying, watching over my back and could not even talk about what happened and thought I would get on with life. It wasn't until I had to record and listen back to one of the sessions that I realised how broken I was, it sounded like a completely different person. Ben was patient throughout, his calm easy manner, his explanations of each step meant I trusted him to guide me through the darkness. He has been a great help to me and I have recommended him to other friends. I have no hesitation in recommending him to other people

Explanation

Ben was super welcoming from the very first session and managed to get me to open up and talk freely (which wasn't easy for me at the time). Ben helped me challenge my thought processes and to look at things from a new perspective which really helped me. Ben was always great to talk to and sessions became enjoyable (both through his approach and noticing my progress). Ben has a great sense of humour which helped me a lot during the sessions, we used this to help me progress and get over my anxiety. I genuinely feel so much better and enjoying my day to day life so much more after going to Ben. I'll always be thankful for this. Highly recommend going to see Ben.

Explanation

Working with Ben was the best decision i made after suffering with my phobia for 12 years - triggered by a traumatic event. Ben was quick to diagnose my symptoms and construct a treatment plan which we worked through methodically. His humanistic approach was excellent and he always strived to achieve results at each meet. Communications were discreet, so there were never any details exposed. What we achieved in a short time improved my relationships and amplified the healing process i already started. If you have a long term issue then reach out sooner than later, help is available if you take it and this guy is good!

Explanation

I had about 10 sessions with Dr Benjamin to address issues of anxiety and panic attack that I experienced. Sessions woth Dr Benjamin were not only healing, but educational and re-assuring. I learnt new techniques and tools to cope in the moments of panic attack which have subsequently led me to not experience those anymore. I also learnt to listen and address my thoughts and find coping mechanisms within and around me. I am very thankful for the sessions and will definitely recommend Dr Benjamin to my family and friends.
