I was suffering from an impulsive nature and Bhavna listens carefully without judging. In order to control my impulsive behaviour and anger, she has introduced me to techniques and exercises which have helped me overcome this problem and gain my self-confidence back.
I have had a great experience with many councilors, therapists and psychologists, however, I find Dr Jaiswal to be of the very highest calibre. She is extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic but with an intuitive style which I found ideal for my circumstances.
It was easy to establish a rapport with Bhavna and she soon got a grasp of what my OCD symptoms were all about. Although I have had only 2 or 3 sessions I feel I am making good progress and I know I can rely on her to sort it all out if I run into trouble. Just knowing that there is someone on your side makes all the difference and I hope to make even more progress in the near future.
