Dr Brenda Nathanson is a General Practitioner at Doctor Today, a private practice offering all GP services. Owing to her study at the world class research institute, University of the Witwatersrand, she has wide experience in General Practice and corporate medicine with a special interest in female health. She completed her internship at the same university in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and General Surgery. Following this, she then went on to do a year of community service in South Africa, where she ran the Obstetrics and Gynaecology unit in a rural hospital.
Upon her move to the UK in 2006, she then completed a year working in a Pharmaceutical Company. Alongside this, she also took a sabbatical from clinical practice, later returning to clinical practice in 2007. She has been working at Doctor Today since 2008 and is currently one of the practice partners.
She has a special interest in female health but is well experienced in all areas of General Practice. To this extent, she has futher contributed to her medical expertise by completing an additional course in Sexual Health, as well as her Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
