Dr. Claudia Gravaghi is a nutritionist, a pharmacist and a scientist who offers personalized nutritional programs in order to match all the individual requirements of her patients. She uses an integrated approach and always ensures to provide evidence-based nutritional advice.
She graduated in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology at the University of Milan and went on to do a Ph.D. in Experimental and Clinical Nutrition, which was later translated and published in the Journal of Nutrition.
After winning a postdoctoral EU fellowship, she pursued an international career in New York to work in Nutrition and Cancer at the Strang Cancer Prevention Centre at the Rockefeller University. She went on to work at Weill Cornell Medical College at the New York Presbyterian Hospital after being awarded a grant in Nutrition and Cancer Prevention by the National Institute of Health where she investigated the effect of obesity on breast cancer and exposed to the very latest clinical evidence in nutrition and cancer.
In 2009, she went on to put her knowledge of clinical nutrition into practice. she moved to London, joined the UK General Pharmaceutical Council as a UK certified Pharmacist (2047784), and qualified as a Nutritionist with a diploma in Nutrition and Health at the British College of Nutrition and Health.
Her practice is currently divided between London and Milan and she provides regular sessions and online support to ensure that her patients get the necessary assistance. She is passionate about her work as she firmly believes that a proper nutrition is directly linked to good health and well-being.
