Deniah Pachai is a qualified GP and has been registered with the General Medical Council for nearly 17 years. As well as this she is also a Western Medical Acupuncturist and Lu Jong yoga teacher. Her aim is to achieve better health and wellbeing for people by combining Western Medical knowledge with a broader range of treatment options than the West has to offer.
In her work as a private and NHS GP in London, she finds herself confronted on a daily basis with the discomfort and unhappiness that stress and illness brings to the lives of people, as well as the dissatisfaction with conventional treatments. Having personally experienced the benefits of acupuncture and regular yoga she offers clients an alternative to the illness pathway with Acupuncture and Moving Mindfulness Meditation practices. When conventional treatments and medication do not treat chronic pain, allergic and inflammatory conditions adequately, she wants to be able to offer patients an alternative in the form of Western Medical Acupuncture that uses our understanding of how the nervous system responds to the presence of a needle in order to bring relief of pain and other conditions.
She encourages an exercise routine that can be done in just 10 minutes a day in the comfort of your own home, garden, office or hotel room when travelling and can easily fit into a busy lifestyle.
She also finds that people tend to feel good when they look good and she is now providing mesotherapy and skin peels.
