Dr Diana Holdright received her medical degree from University College London (UCL) in 1984, having received a BSc in Human Genetics three years earlier. She completed her postgraduate Cardiology training in a number of London hospitals including The National Heart Hospital, The London Chest Hospital, The Royal Brompton Hospital, and UCL Hospitals.
Dr Holdright has been a consultant Cardiologist in UCL hospitals since 1997 and has over 15 years' experience as a consultant with her own private practice.
She is also a Cardiologist at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery where she has gained significant experience in many areas including managing blackouts and dizzy spells, the cardiac causes of stroke and assessing cardiac risk in epilepsy.
