Excellent experience dealing with Dr Craythorne, exceptional customer service always working with a smile and we were able to build a great rapport. I had some concerns about the procedure, but she was extremely professional and empathised with my anxiety ensuring I was always at ease. The procedure was a success, and I am very happy with the outcome.

I went to see Dr Craythorne regarding a cyst I had and she was absolutely amazing! Explained everything to me thoroughly and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. I am so pleased with the outcome and the scar is not noticeable at all. Such a nice dermatologist I would highly recommend her!

I see Dr Emma as an NHS patient and she has done more than 5 Mohs surgerys on my face. she is fantastic and you can hardley see any scars left behind. One of them was red and she took the redness out with a laser.

I'm a UK reisdent. I've been suffering with keloids for the best part of 4 years. Keloids are a skin condition which is a result of the skin being harmed grazed or cut and as a result the body malfunctions by trying to heal the wound producing too much collagen. This causes raised scars that can grow exponentially large over a few months to a year. I have had 3 keloids over the past 4 years one being removed by incision which healed fairly well however this started to appear again in the same spot and I had to get injections to stop the keloid from returning. You can still see where the keloid started to appear again but isnt unbearable. Most recently I have had my 2 keloids removed by Dr Emma Craythorne by laser surgery. I must say that the process was pretty much painless as she administered local anesthetics to the effected area. After the keloids were removed Dr Emma bandaged the area and instructed me to wash my hair with dermol 500 and take antibiotics after a few days. The whole healing process took about five weeks. I'm very impressed with the results after surgery as the wounds have completely healed and it looks like nothing was even there. Dr Emma Craythorne is a true artist and a specialist in the area of Dermatology I would definitely recommend her services. Thank you Emma

Dr Emma Craythorne's work is outstanding. The consumate professional who delivers exceptional results in a kind, caring and bright spirited manner. I have been treated cosmetically by her for years (cosmetic injections, filler and laser vein removal). The results are always very natural looking; she refuses to do anything other! Most of all, she cured my mother of skin cancer and has helped several of my friends achieve health and happiness. I give a wholehearted recommendation.
