I found Dr Fidler to be a very warm and friendly person. She is extremely easy to talk to and her explanation of possible problems and diagnosis was easy to understand.

I had a colonoscopy today in the care of Dr. Fidler and her team and I must say it was an entirely positive experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, a team of nurses, doctors and hospital staff made me feel so welcome, well looked after and completely at ease. The entire process was seamless and the procedure itself was effectively painless - Dr Fidler clearly explained what was going to happen both before and during the procedure and she gave me the right amount of medication to keep me comfortable and relaxed at all times. If anyone is concerned about having this procedure done, don’t be - I was apprehensive and my fears were completely unfounded. I would highly recommend Dr. Fidler without hesitation - she’s a fantastic doctor and really puts patient comfort and reassurance at the heart of her care.

Dr Fidler was so kind and patient with listening to what my issues were and she was also very clear in explaining her diagnosis. When she was examining me, she was checking constantly if I was ok and comfortable and I felt assured that I was in good hands. During the endoscopy process, she was also gentle and made sure to explain clearly what was going to happen and that made me feel safe. I had complete trust in Dr Fidler the entire time and I’m really thankful that she was my doctor.
