Dr Thing was very thorough and respectful in his exploration of my condition. He explained his thinking each step of the way and was receptive to my thoughts and questions. Importantly for me, he was prepared to collaborate with my GP so that I was not hived off from my routine provider of medical care. I will certainly consult with Dr Thing again if the need arises.

Dr Thing was a most helpful consultant. At all times he was kind, understanding, informative and clear about diagnosis, treatment and outcomes. He answered all my questions fully and was able to suggest how the problem could be resolved. In the event he was able to diagnose and treat my knee within a few days which was extremely helpful as I was leaving for an active hiking holiday which would have been fully compromised without treatment. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Thing to anyone who has a Musculoskeletal problem and have indeed done so already.

James’s care was exceptionally professional, diligent and thorough, whilst also being very friendly and empathetic. James ensured that everything was fully understood, not only explaining the detail but also talking to me in plain English so that I could understand. He took the time to fully explore the extent of pain / damage and different routes of treatment. I fully recommend James.
