I have been seeing Dr Thing for about four months now to help with an injury. He has been consistently kind, patient and keen to make sure I fully understand the treatment and possible outcomes at every appointment we have had. He has also taken an interest in my life away from the injury and adjusted the treatments to best fit into my life which I have greatly appreciated. Dr Thing has treated me as a person rather than just a patient and his excellent care has made a big difference for which I am very grateful.

Bedside Manner
I have been to see Dr Thing twice now and have found him to be so kind and patient with explaining everything to me about my condition and the subsequent investigations and management of this. He went through my scan results with me and provided so much reassurance during what was an anxiety provoking visit, as well as answering any questions I had. I felt very listened to and also felt I was given a choice with how I wanted to proceed with treatment options which I really appreciated. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Thing.

I was recommended to Dr Thing by my physio with regard to a torn tendon in my rotator cuff. He was extremely courteous from the first meeting and very respectful on examination. Then he explained my condition and treatment in a way that was easy to understand. The outcome was completely successful and I had a follow up appointment with Dr Thing when he asked if I had improved. Fingers crossed all is well.

Dr Thing was very thorough and respectful in his exploration of my condition. He explained his thinking each step of the way and was receptive to my thoughts and questions. Importantly for me, he was prepared to collaborate with my GP so that I was not hived off from my routine provider of medical care. I will certainly consult with Dr Thing again if the need arises.

Dr Thing was a most helpful consultant. At all times he was kind, understanding, informative and clear about diagnosis, treatment and outcomes. He answered all my questions fully and was able to suggest how the problem could be resolved. In the event he was able to diagnose and treat my knee within a few days which was extremely helpful as I was leaving for an active hiking holiday which would have been fully compromised without treatment. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Thing to anyone who has a Musculoskeletal problem and have indeed done so already.
