Dear Dr Warner, thank you for your report. It is incredibly thorough and well presented in a most sensitive manner. We are so pleased that we have asked you to assist us. When presented with a copy, our daughter was incredibly philosophical - of course she has watched the very slow deterioration in her Dad's mental abilities.

You were friendly fast and efficient, and Dr Warner was lovely. My mother, who remembers little on a day to day basis, remembers his name and mentions him often.

I was extremely happy with Dr Warner and we had great success after putting my mother on the 2nd medication. The first one had not given any improvement, but Dr W did say at the first meeting that given Mum’s age, 96, and the fact that she has severe dementia, it was rather trial and error as to what, if anything, would work – but fortunately the 2nd medication did make a miraculous difference.

My father saw Dr James Warner who was superb. He was kind, caring, courteous and preserved my father's dignity, which made him relax and open up. He is an excellent doctor and I believe that his approach and manner has helped both of my parents accept and come to terms with my father's diagnosis.
