Dr Jibu Varghese has completed thorough training in Dermatology, having worked at several dermatological departments across two countries and four large teaching hospitals. During his training, he undertook a placement dedicated to skin cancer surgery at the renowned Welsh Institute of Dermatology, which sparked his keen interest in skin cancer management.

In addition, Dr Varghese has an active role in medical education; he teaches undergraduates, nurses and GPs about the latest developments in dermatology. He is frequently invited to speak at several prestigious international and national conferences. His research – which has been published in numerous journals and textbooks – includes the management of skin cancers, laser treatments, and skin barrier function.

Outside of Dermatology, Dr Varghese has personal interests in Cricket, Music and Travelling.
