I found Hema extremely easy to talk to about things that I have struggled to ever really talk about. She has a calm and inviting manner that made me feel comfortable & helped me to dissect my experiences and how to learn from them and move on whilst understanding the impact they may have had. I feel confident in the techniques and perspectives that she has taught me so that I can apply them to my future experiences and have the tools I need to manage difficult times & my relationships. She is a wonderful lady who is very friendly, trustworthy and reliable and I know if I ever feel like I need to come back to therapy to talk to her that she will always be welcoming.
