As someone who is 'Hospital Phobic' Mr Qureshi fully explained the procedure, and put me at ease both before, during and after the surgery. On the subsequent check-up visit he really removed any further concerns I had about my cataract surgery, and put my mind at rest.

The whole experience was very easy. Everything was clearly explained from the first consultation in Tenterden opticians to my follow-up appointments. The first eye operation was so good I opted to go for the other eye very soon after the first. I now have near 20:20 vision for the first time in my life.
