Explanation

Dr Lacey was engaging, empathetic and showed an interest in me as a person. Her examination was thorough and her explanations clear and concise. Her summary was reassuring and followed up very efficiently with a letter to my GP, including a copy for me. I was given a prescription for my condition and invited to return for a consultation within 3 x4 months of using the medication if the condition had not improved. As a self funding patient I was more than satisfied with the care and treatment given to me by Dr Lacey and thought that I had received extremely excellent value for money.
